The training center in Nigeria is in Ikorodu, a quiet area in Lagos State known for its educational environment with an excellent road network and transportation system.   The TEFL school shares the space with the English school TEO GLOBAL SERVICES.

iTTi Lagos is approximately 22 km away from Lagos International Airport. The school has graduated both onsite and online TEFL/TESOL students from different parts of Nigeria. The teacher training center offers spacious classrooms, audio-visual tools, and a library.  Each classroom is equipped with computers to enhance teaching in the class.  The teaching practice students are locals who want to learn English or improve their existing English knowledge.

The TEFL course runs from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday through Thursday.  There is an hour lunch break during which the TEFL trainees can eat in one of the nearby standard eateries.  There are additional short breaks throughout the day.  On Fridays, TEFL trainees have to study from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

The first teaching practice for TEFL trainees takes place starting Week 2 of the program and continues daily until Week 4.  Each teaching practice is followed by performance evaluation and further practice.  The overall progress is measured by weekly practice quizzes.  The TEFL course is designed to help trainees achieve their career goal—a teaching position in the country of their choice.
